Actually, I'm currently running a gamut of Ingmar Bergman's films and am combing through Hour of the Wolf, though before this I had been going through the Seventh Seal and Through a Glass Darkly.

Depending on one's tastes, Bergman can be the height of pretension, or incredibly moving and artistic. I fall into the latter camp, and I've been having some really fantastic exploration into the themes and imagery in the films.

Hmm, the only thought I can give you is to try a film forum. I looked up "Ingmar Bergman forum" and some interesting things popped up. I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for but there were some places where people were chatting about his movies. Maybe one of those would appeal?
