Well I would say I don't care for this comic very much at all, this is a leap of logic so big I suspect you are rad!fem. If not, no. No it is not depicting a rape.

Thank you for the benefit of the doubt, I guess.

Am I missing something? The girl literally cannot remember the sex she just had. Was it drugs or alcohol related? this all seems very much like rape to me.

she didn't in fact have sex at all so much as have a drunk girl stumble into the room and fall asleep next to her. Which, while an understandable violation of personal space (her feeings on which comes a short while after these panels), was not rape. She remembers nothing because nothing physical happened between them.
