I would pay cash fucking money to get a good film version of Charles Stross's Laundry series. They could start with Jennifer Morgue and I wouldn't even be mad, just do a flashback to when Bob and Mo met (and killed Nazi zombies). (Fuller Memorandum would, of course, be the best one.)

In actuality... best case scenario, it would probably look like Kingsmen, actually. Which isn't a bad thing considering it's IT Geek James Bond With Cthulhu. As long as they keep the black comedy and cast someone believable as an IT guy as Bob it would be okay at least.
