I don't really see it, aside from them both being blonde? The baby plot is kinda similar but unless Adalind's baby gets kidnapped by an older dude and spirited away to another dimension where time flows faster and comes back in a year fully grown to fuck shit up then there's not much about them that's similar.

(I am over a season behind on Grimm so I don't actually know what happens to the baby when it's born, but I'm going to go with 'nothing good').

Diana, the baby, is with Nick's mother. Everyone (royals, Reynard, Adalind) is looking for them. However, Adalind is pregnant again, this time with Nick's baby (which, yeah, I can see parallels), from having sex with him while spelled to look like Juliette so Adalind could rid him of his Grimm-ness (turnabout is fair play, after all, him "kissing" her took away her hexenbiest-ness). Juliette is now a hexenbiest from a spell to restore Nick's Grimm-ness, where she had to have sex with Nick while looking like Adalind. I think the moral of the story here is: do not have any sort of contact that involves exchanging fluids with Nick.

abd don't forget that the baby is with Nick's mother because she figured that being raised by either Adalind, the Royals or the Resistance are all unhealthy options for a baby (especially magic baby of potential doom) and that she was better off somewhere neutral away from all the crazy politics and murders
