tiger/bunny? sorta

Out of all of those I think the first is best example. The others are more... blended in measure.

yeah you're not going to get many characters who remain angsty forever or have that as their main trait

cloud strife is literally google's first image hit for angsty blond character though lolol

Not so sure Tidus and Yuna count. Tidus only gets angsty when he's being bitter about his dad or towards the end of the game when he learns the true nature of Yuna's pilgrimage.

I guess kind of Derek/Meredith from Grey's Anatomy? Don't ship them, but she's blonde (at least sometimes) and angsty and he's much more emotionally stable (although also more of a jackass).

Brenda Leigh Johnson/Fritz Howard, pretty well. Although Brenda is more "neurotic" than "angsty"; Fritz has his darker/exasperated moments, but he's definitely best described as the stabilizing force in the relationship.

Hmm... maybe Ishtar/Duzell from Vampire Game? Like white hair vs blond, which is a sort of separate thing in manga.

Same thing with Yuki/Kyo and Hotaru in Fruits Basket (white/Redhead and brunette respectively).

Hmmm... not quite an exact fit, but Daniel Jackson has brown hair and Vala has black hair. So she's more brunette-er?

And then from my icon/The 100, Clarke gets kind of angsty and Finn and Jasper are the more cheerful people in season 1 and season 2 respectively.
