The Drell are awesome, no? We don't see much of them but they're one of my favorite races in Mass Effect anyway. (Thane was one of my favorite LI's and companions, too. An assassin should not be so eloquent or charming. Damn you and your charming assassins, BioWare! Plus dat cheek ribbing.)

Thane's voice is hot. (His and Garrus' are the best voices, so excellent choice for second icon lol)

Drell are actually pretty attractive. I wouldn't have expected a "oh let's make a male version of the asari to appeal to female fans" alien to appeal to me, but Thane's rather pretty.

Mass Effect has a lot of top notch voice acting, but Thane and Garrus are at the top of that list for me. Wrex is also awesome (And I've always had a thing for Kaidan's VA, and Mordin is fantastic and Samara and Tali!), though I wouldn't call him hot in the same way I would Thane and Garrus.

Garrus is one of my all time favorite BioWare characters, but for some reason I'm not really into his romance. I love him, I'm attracted to him like whoa, but... Idk.

Thane however, I was all over. I want to see more Drell; they look so cool! I wouldn't have expected to be so into them either, but the design is the right confirmation of weird and classically handsome to intrigue me. Pretty is a good way to describe the lizard man, lol.

I love basically all of the voices too. Wrex's voice is great and I love his overall character to pieces, though I don't find him or his voice attractive - just awesome.
