He played Joey for awhile and was a priest (a good one - if you want him as a bad one, he was also in Buffy: the Vampire Slayer).

He was cute in Two Guys, a girl, and a Pizza Place, which also had Ryan Reynolds.

There was Drive, a very short-lived series.

And there's always Castle. He's done other stuff, of course, but these are the things that I've seen.

He has done a fair amount of voice work, if you're into that (both animated shows and video games).

Don't forget Firefly. He was pretty good in that.
