Casual nudity. I've been told by friends from other countries that me changing clothes when they're in a same room is weird. And hanging around without pants. Also one American friend was shocked that I have had sleepovers with friends of other sex, because apparently her parents would never let her do that.

My family are pretty casual about changing clothes and wandering around in underwear too. I always thought it came from growing up next to the beach. You spend enough of your life changing from wet togs to dry clothes in front of a couple hundred people, where one slip of your towel at the wrong moment means you've flashed the whole beach, you just get used to the idea. Not that everyone bothered using towels as screens on our beach. There was one old lady on our side of it (it was the town beach, several families had staked out zones on it, it was mostly the tourists who were free-range) who used to sunbathe topless regularly. She usually got a glance or round of giggling from newbies, and was just part of the background for locals.

(For extra fun, the local religious mission used to run summer camps for kids just up the beach from her. I don't think she was ever told to move on. Either they didn't notice her among half the town population, or there was some amazing selective obliviousness going on).

I'm from Finland, and I've been going to sauna with family ever since I was a kid. If a lake was nearby this always involved skinny-dipping. Also common saunas in places like swimming pools and hotels are a thing. So yeah, seen my fair share of naked people. It's really no biggie.
