Is there a rule against horribly disturbing profile pics? Like if someone had porn, naked genitalia, a mutilated corpse, or anything else reasonably likely to offend or upset someone?

That depends on what the content is. If it's one of the things mentioned above, then sure.

If not, there are lots of image blocking tools available.

I get triggered by Pokemon, can you block people using Pokemon icons. Please. And I get triggered by mentions of containers, so anyone with a name that references a container needs to stop posting and be banned, it is just simple courtesy.

I get the point you are trying to make and agree with it, which is why I specified only things such as the ones included in anon's list and/or things that are reasonably likely to be generally triggering. Was that unclear?

I would suggest an image blocking extension to you, too!
