Was insurance bought? If not...then idk what you can really do, seeing as it seems like it was stolen. That plus, depending on the laws where you're living, they might not be accountable for it since procedures were followed as far as they're concerned and what happens after it's out of their hands is something they aren't likely to be accountable for.

I don't think insurance was bought, I'm not sure. But the package was reported to have been given to my apartment's front desk and signed for, and that's not true. If they lied about something like that, wouldn't it be their fault?
