Most of the people who've aged badly in my family has been people who are a bit too fond of sunbathing, smoking, drinking, or all three. As I neither smoke nor sunbathe, and drink very rarely I'm not that worried about that.

The thing I'm most worried about is getting grey hair very early. My grandmother apparently was just about completely grey by the time she hit thirty and my mother has been dyeing her hair for close to a decade. As I seem to have inherited all other hair genes from that side of the family I worry about getting the grey as well.

When it comes to aging "badly", the easiest thing to fix is gray hair. I went gray REALLY young, starting in my teens, and I dye my hair. On the upside, I have hardly any wrinkles at all and easily pass for ten years younger. So if gray hair is the worst of your worries, you're doing well!
