It's a creepy looking adult shoving two boys together, trying to force them to kiss, while one cries and the other is angry. It kind of amazes me it wasn't put under the "triggering secrets" section.

IIRC it's like...their grandfather? At least, if that's who I'm thinking it is.

I know they're in their 'kid' clothes but they look like adults there? Even leaving aside the fact that they're countries and all that.

They don't look particularly adult-ish to me, although they don't look super young. I'd guess anywhere from 12-18? Especially given that they're dressed as altar boys and are shorter than the guy smooshing their faces together.

To me they look pretty youthful, especially when you look at the fullsize pic (http://dandeliar.deviantart.com/art/unite-italia-281493426)

IDK, maybe those characters always look that young. Anime certainly is full of centenarians that look like they belong in grade school...
