Floppy comics are the WORST to get rid of. Even thrift shops won't take them, often.

I'm very picky about my zines and floppy comics, but if/when I eventually get rid of them, I plan to put them in the tiny free library on my street. At least manga you can find someone to take.

That said, ouch, over $1K. I admit, part of why I don't read a lot of manga is that series can last so long and I don't want to buy twenty volumes (or chase them through the library system).
