I'm going to take a guess and assume a good chunk of tumblr lies about reading comics, and only bought the first few issues because of the novelty and then forgot all about it.

It was painfully bad, though. I hate the 'female character who happens to be Thor" approach. It should have been "Thor who just happens to be female", cut down on the over the head 'omg sexism" schtick, and gave her something interesting to say.

Yeah, it started kind of interesting but I knew as soon as the Absorbing man incident that this pooch was screwed.

Yeah, when you make a character all about one thing, they tend to get boring fast. Even Gary Stu Bruce Wayne has more to him than 'brooding man who dresses like a bat"
