Yeah, even I get this when people eventually find out that I'm not actually 22 or 23 like they assumed (but surely your wife/girlfriend disagrees! How can you not want kids?!). Breeders, man. Like to some people it seems like they feel that the sum of their existence is procreation and they can not fathom that anyone would feel differently.

That's another thing, too. They just assumed I MUST be single with that sort of attitude apparently, they were so baffled to find out a) I had a boyfriend a b) we agreed on the issue.

As you can tell I do not generally hand out the info unless asked, but still, it's rude as hell, imho.
