I'm just shocked at how vehemently anti-porn they are. I mean, I would get it if tons of child porn was an issue, or if it was in the main tags, but so far, I'm not seeing it?

Not to mention dismissing a comic as "grief porn" that needs to be blacklisted. What.

Personally I watch the show to help with my depression, I really enjoy the themes of love and acceptance and optimism in it.

I HATE to see drawings of these characters being raped and abused which the porn artists seem to be weirdly fond of. It's gross, but as long as they tag it properly I can just pretend it doesn't exist.

Huh, really? Because I haven't seen a lot of it (unless you're talking about anything with Jaspar in it, because then I agree with you). Instead there's been a lot of, for lack of a better term, "sweet" porn. Or naked-beautiful Garnet's.

I'm not saying you have to go through the tag or anything; you don't! I'm just confused as to where all this rape/abuse porn is (so I can avoid it to.)

I could understand taking an issue with pedophilia pairings, but do people take issue with portrayals of sex between two consenting adults? As long as it's tagged correctly or under a read more, what is the problem?

SJW are now crusading against porn or any displays of sexuality or romance.
They are headcanon'ing certain characters is asexual or aromantic and get offended if someone goes against that. They are really pushing queer platonic shipping, and demonizing everyone who portrays certain characters in romantic relationship. No romo as they call it.

That's what it's like for my fandom. I assume it's happening in others too.

I'm not really down for porn of any children's show. Because I think about kids going to look up their favorite characters online and stumbling across it. (kids are born with computers in their hands these days) And they don't really need to see that.


But I'm also not going to throw a hissy fit over it, because it's the internet and it's inevitable and complaining isn't going to change shit.

That's kickback from the MLP/brony bullshit, if I had to guess. Tumblr artists are tagging the SU porn under stephen galaxy instead, that might be why you're not seeing it so much.
