Re: Pole dancing classes

I haven't taken any myself, but I have a friend who's taken a few classes, and she's found it to be really fun and a great workout.

Regarding your concerns about your arms, a great way to build upper body strength is to do these kinds of activities! It'll be hard in the beginning, but soon you'll have built up those muscles and you'll be able to move onto harder things. It's really satisfying and rewarding being able to experience that progression!
