Top button and no tie is usually a faux pas. Do up the top button if you're wearing a tie, don't if you're not.

It is also very uncomfortable if you are a fatty fat fat-fat, because it gives men a muffin neck effect. I'm hoping it really does catch on for that alone. Give the men a taste of having to wear something that causes them to almost pass out everyday and make them incredibly uncomfortable about a very visual illustration of an imperfect body and weight.

You are aware that this description would only work in a comparison if women were still obligated by fashion standards to wear corsets, right? There literally is nothing women "have" to wear that would make them pass out (unless you mean bras, and honey, if that thing is so tight you risk passing out then it's too small.)
