I still see parodies on occasion. Not sure if there are as many as there used to be, but now that you mention it...I don't think they're quite as numerous. (Either that or I miss them.)
Are filks basically fandom based songs? If that's what you're referring to then pretty much what I said above; I still see them, but they are somewhat rare. I wish more people did them because some of them are pretty rad.
IMO the humor has taken a different shape now. In most fandoms you can find humorous fanart or comics, or silly memes or posts, but it's also fairly easy to overlook. Most people aren't writing up amusing recaps of tv episodes anymore, they're doing smaller, more off-the cuff stuff.
