I had a Touch and downgraded to the classic for the same reason. My 32 gig Touch was almost full and I considered buying the 64 gig version, but then I realized my phone really makes the app part of the Touch unnecessary and I'd rather have the larger storage space of the classic (plus it was cheaper and will probably last me longer than the Touch would have).
