Really? That's how I felt Draco was like, but not Lucius or Narcissa. Narcissa was definately in charge in the family, but Lucius seemed pretty competent. I don't think he'd become as important a Death Eater otherwise. Voldemort may prefer purebloods, but I don't think he'd let someone incompetent lead missions.
