I can always watch the first and final episode of Season 4 of Supernatural. Perfect bookends to me.

Always down to watch The Body or Once More With Feeling from Buffy.

For me it is Head of a Pin. I really love the angsty Dean stuff and Alistair was my favorite villain even though he was only in 4 episodes.

The first episode of Season 4 is my favorite too. I just love Cas from the first three episodes where he was badass without too many emotions.

I also love Mystery Spot.

Yes. Just that opener was such a good character introduction, I still love it now and I'll agree that the season finale was very good too.
