Ahh, this actually gives me a chance to ask about that.

I didn't watch Friends while it was airing, but vaguely remember a scene where Phoebe was working as a weather woman, and Rachel and Monica were watching it on TV. This may not have been Friends, but from what I can recall the actress looked like her, and I think it was. However, I've watched the whole series and I'm pretty sure I've seen all of the episodes, yet nothing like that turned up. So either I missed it, or I'm thinking of another show? This would've been in the 90's. Maybe early 00's.

I'm pretty sure "Phoebe's sister" was on Mad About You (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Maybe that's where you saw her?

AYRT - That actually occurred to me, but I think she only showed up as a waitress?

She was on there as a waitress. It might have been a recurring bit role though?
