Hey everyone, sorry to bother you, but is anyone else having trouble with dreamwidth/LJ? I can't resize pics, and it's starting to become a bit of an issue.

For what it's worth, this is the screen I get (on both LJ and DW) when I try to go to the picture properties:

Note the lack of any sort of button beyond cancel? And I can't get anything in the "width" and "height" boxes, no matter if I click the "refresh" button, or try toggling to little lock.

Sorry to bother you with all of this, but it's really becoming an issue when it comes to posting here, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask? :)

How comfortable are you with using HTML instead? You can put your desired height and width dimensions in the img src tag. E.g:

< img src="url" width=300 height=400 >

(Just don't leave spaces between the brackets and the text)

While I am comfortable with it, doing it for the number of images I post per day is frustrating, I'll admit.

But thank you! If I start working on those early, it shouldn't be that hard to get done on time! :3 And maybe I can work out an excel spread sheet or something to figure out ratios, so I don't have to re-figure out the right height to go with a width of 500 pixels every time. :D (None of this was meant sarcastically).
