Don't overthink it or allow yourself to dwell on those concerns. Set a timer and write, even if it's utter nonsense that you'll have to delete later. Set yourself a small daily goal, like 500 words or whatever you think will work best. Outline your story idea and attack small chunks of it every session. All novel writing looks daunting when you look at it from a distance, but you get there one word at a time.
