Try giving yourself permission to ignore whether or not it's good and focus completely on if you're having fun with it or not. A lot of people, myself included, find it a lot easier to edit something that already exists than to try to create something amazing on the first try. So for the first draft, try just focusing on all the things you love about your idea and then worrying about making it good after that draft is finished.
