Roosterteeth podcast is pretty awesome even if you don't follow their shows. They share cool and funny personal stories, talk about food, pop culture and "science". Gus is the best. He's so dreamy ♥

If you are interested in indie game process and developers and contributors, What's Up Holmes? is good for this. Jonathan Holmes is an incredibly based and sensitive host. He can get the shyest and most awkward of anyone to open up. The interview with the Skull Girls character designer is one of my favourites.

/slashreport is a podcast about fandom, hosted by rageprufrock and mklutz. They have great chemistry and play of one another pretty well; Pru is anal, and mklutz is a fucking weirdo (but basically your average fangirls in regards to taste). I'd skip the guest hosting season hiatus season. Those guest hosts were balls of bore.

Super Best Friends Cast (by the two best friends play folk) is also pretty awesome. Video games, fightan gaems, funnies, and WWE talk. Unlike RT, they're pretty socially aware, so they don't tend to stick an unfortunate foot in their mouth.

I got my sister listening to the RT podcast. I think she is on episode 130-ish (she started listening from the beginning).

I suggested to one of coworkers (35 year old mother of 5) that she should give it a listen. She was laughing so hard during work she couldn't breath.

Yeah, it's pretty accessible. They've even mentioned that they have fans who were loyal podcast listeners first.

Plus, they're one of the most enjoyable things to have in the background while you do other things. Monty Oum even did that, and he may as well have been its most devoted fan. They're just so listenable.
