Imagine tossing that into a crowd! It looks nice but heavy.

There's obviously some metal or plastic in it for the lights and base, which would make it unsuitable for throwing, but to my admittedly untrained eye the flowers themselves look like leather.

I don't think it would be weird at all. You don't have to play Magic to appreciate the artwork.

No, not super weird. Most of your wedding guests probably wouldn't have a clue, they'd just think it was a really unusual bouquet that, conveniently, wouldn't die. And you'd just have to have a wee 'real' one to toss, if you did that particular tradition.
