I would masturbate like any other sane human being in the same circumstance. I would also probably try to get laid, but I'm led to understand that this is much more difficult. (Or maybe it wouldn't be? I'm 5" above average height for a woman, so I guess that'd make me 6'3"-6'4" for a guy my age, and plenty of the women I know are all ~~oooh tall guys~~) I mean, assuming that in my man's body I am still straight.
