Eh, most yuri fans I've encounter are a mix of heterosexual/lesbian/bi females in their teens or twenties or heterosexual males in their twenties or thirties.

A lot of SJW females prefer yuri ships and they demonize everyone and everything else. The male fans just like to fetishize the girls and hate any male character who even exist in the same universe.

I have shipped every kind of ship, and yuri shipping used to seem a lot more peaceful than hetero and slash ships until the era of tumblr took over.
