I'm pretty fond of Arcee in Transformers Prime (vengeance motorcycle!), and love her violence in IDW (the introduction is pretty sketch, but I don't mind it. Especially with current stories and other authors working on her).

Also, Airachnid in TFP too. Half of it is Gina Torres' voice, and the other half is her psycho murder witch serial killer thing going on ♥
