Because prison has clearly not worked, Loki's new punishment is doing nice things to others. Because of his good looks and egotistical charm and the fact that he thinks it's an honor for other people to spend time in his presence, he figures the fastest way to meet his quota is to ask random street people out on dates.

He approaches you right as you've finished paying for some food off a food cart.

It's up to you whether you want to take his offer at face value, use him to get closer to other Asgardians, or just kick him in the groin and walk away.
