Wow. I can not get past Elastigirl doing the narration.

And yeah. I don't understand why is Batman so angry???

Because ANGST! Bruce has no reason to be so pissed off at Superman, especially when this is just some pissing contest. If they wanted Batman to be pissed off, why not give him a reason? Maybe Selina/Alfred/Dick/Barbara/SOMEONE was in one of the buildings Superman just nope'd the fuck through and they ended up dying.

Well, I just read some spoilers for the comic this might be based on. Which sort of makes sense. But, I don't know if the movie will go in that direction. Hopefully it will (because the fight they have in that sounds badass).

I'm only so-so when it comes to comics, so the only big clash I can remember is Injustice...but Superman was the villain in that so idk :X

Well, the two times I read about were:

1) The government asks Superman is working for the government. They ask him to take Batman out because he is a vigilante. Superman tries to ask him to stop and Batman is all, "Over my dead body." Not sure how it is resolved.

2) The second is when Superman first shows up. Batman thinks he is a bad guy (he is an alien whose fights result in a shit ton of collateral damage). They fight and then Batman realizes that Superman isn't evil.


Either way, one results in Batman creating an Ironman like suit that he powers using all of Gotham that either shoots out kryptonite gas or has red sun power gloves. This sounds awesome to me.

I could go with either, depending on how they play it. Let's not forget that Lex Luthor is in this movie, so it is very likely that the Bat v Supes fight is just some mid-film conflict that then gets resolved so they can put their heads together and deal with the real threat.

But of course they're not gonna put that in a teaser trailer.

The second one makes more sense because Superman is new kid on the block. And then I assume at the end, Aquaman and Wonderwoman show up. And Batman throws his hands up in the air and groans.

Because they're really clearly doing Frank Miller's Batman from Dark Knight Returns. Look at the design of the costume, the Batmobile, and the anti-Superman armor. It's IDENTICAL.
