Re: Based on a r/l conversation about morals I had last week
Being the skeptic I am, I gave various religion/spirituality things a try when I was a teenager and found them to be mostly nonsense as far as I was concerned. If they work well for others, so be it, but it didn't do anything for me.
And as for the rest of it, I couldn't really see any reason not to be a feminist or sex-positive. Being a hippie just works out because I care about animals and the environment and try to do my best in both those regards. I don't really see any reason to not follow my parents' beliefs because they started out pretty damn good as it was.
