I see no way this could go wrong.

You try so hard to make sure everyone knows you don't care that you make me cringe a lot. You're going to respond to this making absolutely sure that we know you really don't care about that, though.

No comment on you as a person. The common internet tryhard behavior overshadows any significant individual traits of yours, so it's tough to judge.

Looking back on the last part of what I said, it might have come off more harshly than I intended. I wasn't trying to imply you were an asshole, fwiw. Lots of people do the same thing, and it's not always because they're assholes or trying to be assholes.

But it's like watching two guys have a dick waving contest. Those guys might be the smartest, funniest people when they're not busy comparing dicks, but it's impossible to tell during because the rest goes out the window and the situation becomes 'a dick waving contest' and you're like, 'not this again.' It's not about the guys themselves, you don't know them, all that stands out is the situation.

So that's why it's hard to say anything personal, anyways. You seem intelligent, if that counts? Other than that, I got nothing good or bad.

No, I get what you mean. It's immature showing off, and it doesn't matter if you are "winning" because you still look like an asshat. I've been trying to do less of that, and that's one reason I posted--in case anyone has anything recent they want to point out where I have slipped up.

I know I'm not. I can be very self-absorbed, very easily. I am trying, and anyone can call me out if I slip up. I thank you and everyone else who has given me advice or critique so I can be better.

I've never watched MLP, and am not particularly familiar with the fandom. Some MLP fans indiscreet love for porn apparently makes many SJ people angry??? Something like that. Porn is good though.
