Re: Exercise thread

I have the sore/ache/knees giving me hell problem myself a lot right not. I just started exercising again after a winter of hibernation. I'd say unless the ache or sore is so bad that some aspirin or pain rub/cream can't help or you literally can't take one step, you need to try and push through it to get better. Even if it's not your normal workout try and do something. Even a 15 to 30 minute walk can be a good buffer between intense workout days.
