One of those tv-extras, who are just slightly more recognizable than the average extra, yet still not striking enough to be reaaaaly memorable, so every time you catch sight of them you are just momentarily drawn out of the show to think "damn, where have I seen that person before... was it....?" before you get drawn back into the action by the fact that that person was, after all, only serving the coffee / driving the cab / being in the background at a party, and they won't be relevant again in the episode.

This is perfection, other anon. I was going to say that all anonymous posters should be played by that one extra with the glasses, red face, and curly hair who's in literally everything.
