What characters are you and your friends/coworkers like?

Name a show (or two or a million) and what characters you and/or people in various situations are like. So for example, at work, do you have a Michael Scott?

I just realized the other day that I was definitely the Britta (well - seasons 1 & 2 Britta) to someone who was a combination of Abed and Jeff. (Minus the sexual tension on Jeff's side.) Another friend in that group was the Troy to the other girl's Abed-Jeff, but the Annie to my Britta.

Unfortunately being the Britta in an actual social situation means you get sick of being called a buzzkill all the time and leave, but there you have it. :P

I was definitely the Pam to my old boss's Michael, and we had a resident Dwight. Sadly, no Jim.

...I'm the anon who just posted below you, and I'm amused that we both went straight to Community. :)

My closest high school friends and I would joke sometimes about the parallels between us and the main Seinfeld characters.

I swear I went to school with a Huey Freeman. Very smart, very Communist, watched way too much anime, and had massive hair. Never knew when to shut up about how awful Republicans were.

I think our HR head is probably a type, too, although I don't watch enough TV to be sure. She's very large and moves very slowly, and people get out of the way when she's coming. She's fair and reasonable if you're honest and do your job, but she flips her lid if you lie to her or shirk. She has a large brown list in her office that's labeled "Shitlist," on which she keeps the names of everyone who's earned her ire. There has to be a character like that in something.
