I guess it depends on what it is about Utena that you love? The worldbuilding, the characterizations, the music, the aesthetic, the shoujo ai, the sparkling threads of WTFery?

The only anime I've ever seen that had me watching with the sort of slack-jawed adoration that Utena inspired was Gankutsuou but it's about as similar to Utena as Tutu is. :p

Oh, I loved Gankutsuou. It's definitely in my top ten.

(Personally it's my #1; I have never seen any anime with such a combination of dazzling visuals, evocative music, and gut-puching narrative.)

You might also like Mononoke (either the Bakeneko arc of the original Ayakashi: Samurai Horror Tales, or the TV series that was spun off from it.)
