Suggestions, comments, and concerns should go here.

these things if there's cameras following them
If someone gets voted off the show every week (Top Chef, American Idol)
if a celeb/expert comes to your hotel/house/restaurant in order to help you improve business (Hotel Hell, Kitchen Nightmares)
If an celeb/expert comes to your house to help you for some reason (Say Yes to Dress, Clean House)
All of these also have some sort of dramatic arc that is either on going or resolved within the episode.
Cooking shows wouldn't quite count because, while they are reality, they lack the same narrative structure. They are first and foremost informative shows rather than drama.
Home improvement shows straddle the line because, while many feature a cooking-show like informative narrative structure, there are also those where the improvement is centered around family drama or hardship and is less informative.
