I've been increasingly frustrated with Amazon. I keep finding better deals for products on other websites. Up until now I've been sticking with Amazon because I usually recuperate the difference by combining my order to qualify for free shipping plus the convenience of checking out at one website once.

This last package tho... I paid extra to get it a week before my mother's birthday. It arrived the day before and most of the contents were damaged because a bottle of bubble bath had an unsecured cap (no damage to the package itself). I contacted Amazon and they said once I send the items back they'll replace them but they have yet to respond to my request about the extra shipping costs I paid (for no reason apparently) the first time around. >:/

Amazon has gotten worse. I've yet to order a CD from them that doesn't arrive with a crack in the case, and sometimes books have bent covers or an obvious slice from a boxcutter. I'm paying new retail price here, I want my stuff in like new condition!
