I used to like Ghost Adventures (because watching the cast freak out was beautiful) and every once in a while I'll see a bit of an episode of Say Yes to the Dress, Face Off or Top Model, but I don't care enough about them to actively watch them.

Same with various cooking shows...I'll watch them for a few minutes here and there but generally don't watch the whole thing.
