Yeah, that's the one! I bought that sampler set because I wanted to try it.

I think you're right about it being a small circle, though. I only ever see it brought up if that user (the most popular, afaik) ends up in a fandom and then makes a line, or if someone drinks tea and finds out about the site. I was the latter.
