People who want or demand that the entire internet cater to their wants. IS they don't like something they bitch that people who create it should "keep it in their heads" or 'in private'. ((" I hate crossover/AU fic, it belongs on private blogs not on fanfiction archives")) People who leave "[fandom] sucks" in reviews when they very clearly must have needed to seek out fic for that thing. Or who complain that the fic would be better if the author chose THEIR ship or didn't write the ship they hate. and most importantly , people who tell people to keep things "out of my fandom". Just that general attitude. (mostly aimed at someone I know who does all of the above) Just....do they realize how entitled and bratty they look? Learn to browse by these things. Fandom is for everyone to enjoy and you can't force an entire fandom to be the way you want. It's the internet, you're going to encounter things you don't want to see or are not interested in. I mean jeez, girl do you go to stores and whine when the store carries things that don't interest you? Because of this I rarely feel sympathy when a person gripes about the internet /fandom not conforming to their standards and then gets laughed and snarked at for it.

+1 I don't understand why these people feel entitled to have every space of fandom to be exactly how they want it to be. Don't like a fic? Don't read it. Don't like a tumblr? You can scroll. Disagree with a comment? Either explain calmly why you disagree or again don't read it and scroll.

We all fandom differently and fandom would be a much nicer space if everyone could realize that.
