she could have named her kid after a constellation too and she chose to be silly about localization issus?

I am kinda unfamiliar with the localization stuff. But yeah, that's what she named the kid. She later said that the only things her husband had in common when they married was their favorite color, role-playing, and FF, so I guess she chose to name the kid after one of them.
