I would definitely ask her herself... preferably in a low-stress environment. (I mean, I'm allistic, but god knows I'm more able to say, "okay, here's what's going on with me," when I'm NOT already in a really upsetting situation.) Maybe have a talk about it.

It could be sensory overload, it could be just getting tired out, it could be a good few things, and she's way more of an authority on her own reactions than a rando on the internet. It can be hard to have these conversations, but honestly, it sounds like you're at a point where you need to have it.
