Not so much as objecting as more side-eyeing and judging. This is compounded by the fact that:

1) My family and I are REALLY well off.

2) My family believes in close-knit relations, like, gathering-all-relatives-for-an-annual-reunion kind of close-knit.

3) Said relatives have income ranges from REALLY HIGH to working class.

The family dramas I've seen is enough to write a whole book. So, I generally stay away from topics about wealth and travel, as that usually - in my case at least - opens the door to less desirable questions.
