The thing is if it's not actually true, even if OP meant it as a joke, there are people who'd believe the text. All fun intended or not, I'd rather keep the whole fake news (even as a joke) thing off of FS. I'd hate to see someone actually excited about something they like only to find it's fake and ha ha someone tricked them into believing it. So this is more about "no fake news please" than "no jokes"
...not that I think we have any huge fans of Honey We Shrunk the Kids, but that'd also extend to stuff like "I was so sad (celebrity) died" when they didn't, etc. I hope you get what I mean!

If it's like "I thought about (insert celeb) when I went out to stare at the gray skies beneath the red moon. I wondered if his lunch was warm. I would give him the spring shoots from the flower fields where the foxes run if he were to pass my way. Mother-guardian always said never to let a traveler go hungry" then no, that's just being deliberately vague/inventing a fake world OP lives in/roleplaying at that point.
