Same. She's a piece of shit. Probably a narcissist or a psychopath in it for the attention. I highly doubt she gives a single fuck about all the cancer patients whose lives she's ruined with her BS.

Ugh. She didn't even donate the money she promised to charity. The more I read, the more I hate her.

Actually, I hate anyone who claims to be able to cure cancer "naturally". Cancer treatments can be horrible, but they do save lives. I can see how easy and tempting it would be for someone to believe there's a nicer option than having painful surgeries or poisoning your body with very strong drugs. I don't want to think about how many people have missed their window of opportunity for successful treatment by listening to these turds.

I hope birds shit on them whenever they open their mouths to speak. I hope some of the poo lands in their mouths.

I have a great-aunt in QLD who visits a "natural practitioner" who claims she can cure cancer and depression and autism. The woman's website was a blogspot page, and she doesn't even have an office. She goes to visit her in a PARK. Does she even have a house???? We just don't know.

She pays $80 for a visit to this woman. IDK what it is about Queensland. Maybe it's all the aging baby boomer hippies who move up there.

One year my great-aunt gave us Christmas gifts. We got a phone sticker each. They were little plastic stickers that you put on the back of your phone that supposedly stop radiation. $20 each - so she paid $60 all up for them.

I think that's almost as bad as the relatives who buy us Lotto tickets for Christmas - they're basically wasting their money on paper that will be thrown in the bin.

Yep. Someone in my family visits a crystal healer up there.
They put fancy rocks on your body and light some candles and you're cured.

Haha. She really goes to see her in a park? Wow. That's just. Wow.
I kind of understand it if she's in Byron Bay, because everyone there is stoned 24/7. I once got stuck watching people try to buy fruit in Woolies there and they were all caressing the melons and looking for the meaning of life in oranges...

At least the lotto has a prize? You're still crazy if you think it's worth the money, but they are legally required to give money to the winners.
My nan spends part of her pension on a weekly ticket, and I have no patience for it. She's always short for groceries and tries to eat things past their use-by dates to make up for it. There's no reasoning with anyone over money.

edit: yes I know Byron is NSW. It's an easier drive from parts of QLD than anywhere I've stayed in NSW though, so I still think of it as QLD.

It's preying on vulnerable people and nothing pisses me off more than disguised ~good intentions~ preying on the vulnerable.

I still can't believe she has the nerve to demand respect and compassion for this. She has no humility or acceptance of her accountability. She is a petty selfish harmful person and it makes me so mad.

But she wants time to "grow and heal" as a person!
Why aren't you people respecting her need to grow and heal as a person!?

She needs you to give her time to write new books on the growing and healing diet, and her tell-all story about her bad childhood forcing her to lie about having cancer, and take selfies looking contrite with minimal makeup and post them to instagram.

SHE JUST NEEDS TIME.

Ugh why do these people continue to live among us? Can't we ship them all off one of those islands where they tested nuclear bombs or something?

Well here's a thought... They need volunteers for that one - way trip to Mars. Surely some of these people can be convinced to volunteer.

I wasn't thinking big enough. This is clearly a better plan.

Sorry Martians. :(

Oh, God, why would you do that to the other people on the trip
