Yep. As long as spoilers are properly warned for, they're warned for (though again, I would say it doesn't count as properly warned for if they're the top comment that everyone sees first).

I am sorry you were spoiled. Next time a big movie comes out that you don't want to be spoiled by, it might be a good idea to avoid FS until you see it, as there are bound to be threads and comments and secrets about the subject.

That's why I'd say if it's the top comment in GC, it's delete-worthy - when you hit that link to the thread itself, it's hard to miss the very first post even if it has a spoiler warning in the subject line. Further down though, I don't think is an issue.

Also, as someone who HATES spoilers, I think Case's stance is perfectly reasonable. You don't have to expand a thread that said "spoilers for ______".
